Marc Saltarelli è un regista che ha vinto numerosi premi per i suoi film e documentari tra cui il PlanetOut Short Movie Award e ed è stato nominato due volte per l’IRIS Prize. SPEAK è il suo ottavo cortometraggio. I suoi film sono stati proiettati in duecento festival in tutto il mondo tra cui OutFest, Palm Springs ShortFest, Toronto Film Festival, Hollywood Film Festival, BFI London LGBT Film Festival e sono stati trasmessi su MTV Networks e Canal + Television. Il suo corto WHERE WE BEGAN è stato premiato al PlanetOut Short Movie Awards al Sundance Film Festival. Marc ha iniziato la sua carriera di filmmaker al Cannon Films, ha una Laurea in cinema ottenuta alla Loyola Marymount University e una in Regia alla USC School of Cinematic Arts.

Director’s biography
Marc Saltarelli is an award-winning filmmaker with both narrative and documentary credits. He is a PlanetOut Short Movie Award winner and a two-time IRIS Prize nominee for his short films. SPEAK will be Marc’s 8th narrative short film to date. His films have screened in over 200 major film festivals worldwide, including OutFest, Palm Springs ShortFest, Toronto Film Festival and Hollywood Film Festival. Several have been broadcast domestically on MTV Networks and internationally on Canal + Television. Marc’s short WHERE WE BEGAN was honored at the PlanetOut Short Movie Awards brunch held at the Sundance Film Festival. 3 of his films were Official Selections of the BFI London LGBT Film Festival and screened in the National Film Theater in London. Marc began his career in the art departments of Cannon Films and has a film degree from Loyola Marymount University with graduate work in directing from USC School of Cinematic Arts.
